Why Ivanov is only 97th at the Bulgarian Open?

I have read that this player in Zadar made an exceptional performance, even higher than Carlsen. But now I was watching the results of the 5th round of the 35th Bulgarian Open and I see that Ivanov is only placed 97th, with 3 points out of five.
I believe the situation is clear, the other players at the 35th Bulgarian open are cheating, if someone strong like Ivanov cannot make 5 points out of 5, like GM Fier from Brasil is doing (ranked 1st). And notice also Lilov's performance, he has made 4 points out of 5, ranked 27th, but he is not a GM, so how did he do it?
Maybe in Bulgaria grows a special mushroom, which gives a special powder, called Houdini's powder, which makes players ultra-strong!
And to all those who condemned Ivanov's without proofs, shame on you, he is still playing, and that is proof enough that also FIDE doesn't believe he cheated.
Did you use a sarcasm engine to compose this ? I don't believe it is possible for a human to be this sarcastic.
Very funny though, nice one!

So sad that because of Ivanov, IM Filemón Cruz from Perú couldn´t win.
By the way, people in Spain are getting suspicious about Ivanov performance:

So which will be his excuse this time?
Somebody in the world can really believe that you can just wake up some day and gain 800 elo points of strength, then after some weeks you get to 2000 elo, and then you wake up knowing a lot more chess to be a 2700???
Is possible that somebody can defend him now?

Even if FIDE doesn't ban him, the players are going to stop playing him. If I was a professional chess player and I showed up at a tournament and was paired against Ivanov, I would make a bigger fuss then Fischer, Kramnik, Topalov, Kasparov, or Korchnoi could combined!

I don´t remember if I read it here or in another forum, but one of his games in spain was 1.d4 d5 Draw Agreed, because the GM he was facing was sure that Ivanov was cheating and didn´t want to play with him.

"Of course I practiced a lot with the computer, and after beating Rybka and Houdini by 10-0 each, i was absolutelly sure that no-one was gonna stop me winning."
I thought he might not be cheating until that quote, but that's a pretty blatant lie. Sure he could have had them on weak settings, but then it wouldn't have been worth saying.

But if you look at his games, he is playing very well.
A 1900 elo performance in Bulgaria Open is not "playing very well"

The Bulgarian Open is very tough. 1900 there is probably 2800 anywhere else.

But he keeps winning, isn't that proof that he is really good?
No.
Because is not normal being playing during many years at 1900-2200 level.
Then play at 3000 level. (Zadar)
Then at 1900 level again. (Bulgaria)
And later at 2700 elo level. (Spain)
You can´t forget all your chess knowledge in some weeks.
Imagine that Kramnik in a bad day, without sleep and drunk will play below 2500 level? I don´t think so. At 1900 level? No way!
