Why not many top known women playing in the European Women's Championship?

I see less than 10 recognizable top women players. Then you either have known wives like Richard Rapport's or social media players. Even with that, where is Anna Cramling? And I would assume Pia would also be playing. Is there a reason? Is there another event these top women players are getting ready for. Another example, a lot of Ukrainians and Georgians but no Nana Dzagnidze or Muzychuk sisters. Others in the top missing are Kashlinskaya, Alina / Sebag, Marie / Paehtz, Elisabeth.
