can you please be more clear?

I'm not having any of the problems you describe, Carolina. I wonder if it's a Chess.com problem solely localized to your area?

Chess.com is browser based. Rather than having you download some software to your computer, it's all done in your browser. As a timesaver, the browser stores lots of stuff in a cache. When the cache gets full, then there isn't enough memory for chess.com to operate correctly. Solution? Clear your cache. Worth a try anyway, right?

All I know about is chrome, but I'm sure a Google search would teach you how to do it in other browsers (something like "Firefox cache clear" maybe or whatever your browser is). In Chrome it's pretty easy. There are three small black horizontal lines in the upper right hand corner. Click on them. Now roll your cursor down to "more tools". Another box opens to the left, and about halfway down is "clear browsing data". Click on that and a whole new screen appears. "Cached images and files" should have a check mark next to it, and that's what you want. Scary the first time you do it, but really as long as you don't go crazy and start experimenting you should be fine. Hope that helps. I'm a self taught senior and decidedly no expert, but if I can figure it out, anyone can.
And its not just live chess, every page I open keeps loading for at least a minute before I can do anything, during this time the mouse doesn't work the keyboard doesn't work, everything is just stuck!
Now don't tell me its my browser or my internet connection that's the culprit, it works fine on all other sites, but in chess.com it acts as though its drunk!
