It's rubbish because its based purely on time, you can have a very poor player win, because they make faster moves, that is not what chess is about. It's a variation of chess, is king of hill chess, or 3 check, is that proper chess, because they are all variations. Bullet is an extreme variation of chess.
The reason bullet was invented was because chess is boring, so to make it more interesting they have to keep coming up with variations.
What's chess about then?
Bullet, is not a good mode for people who play like 10 minute+ games, the bullets under 30 seconds however can teach you multiple skills. This guide could be good for ANYONE.
Are you a blitz player? Bullet games help you make quicker opening moves that you have memorized, as in a 30 second game, speed is everything. Time managment and making your opponent be able to think less is solid and will ultimtly help you win the game.

The topic is still in bullet, but you can beat 1500-1700 by time, you have to play defensive and faster than them by 1 second if possible per 5 moves. You should be ideally 5 seconds-20 seconds more than thier time
