Why sometime it too hard to move a piece? not sure if my PC got hacked?

yeah my PC seem ok. Sometimes i move but it went to the incorrect position. COuld be the chess developer got coding issue
Is your Javascript up to date? Also, you might find quicker answers in the Help & Support forum.

today i had the same problem , i lost two games because i couldnt move any peice, then i received a warning message not to violate the fair play policy!

sometime I just want a very simple move,but whenever i move the piece didn't move.
