why tactics always refers to previous games.

I don't understand why my solutions are not accepted in tactics. historical game had tactics but in my case it can be different. In this case I can I have better solution than the tactics solution Can you solve this #chess puzzle? https://www.chess.com/tactics/134646

Qh3 is Mate in three. There is no faster or solution. There is also not another mate ( without repetition)
