Why the hell cant i get better at chess?!?!?!?

Opening theory is not your level, hence why it’s not helping. Learn to stop blundering hanging pieces, practice tactics, and learn some positional play.
When your rating gets higher, it tends to be really difficult for you to go up a lot. My suggestion: practice a lot more than you do now. My brother is stuck at 900, but he still believes in himself.

It is normal to reach a plateau, it is normal for progress to slow down as you get better, welcome to being a chess player
learn a few openings and play them persistently. That got me to 1900+ in rapid.
