??? Why? His time run out, he could checkmate me with queen and king but he doesn't know how to and because of that game is draw? What is this? I even tried to stalemate but I knew that this low rating guy doesn't know how to checkmate with queen and king and he lost on time

The game has a clock but also has a requirement to be able to win on the board. You only had a king so can't win; your opponent has no time and can't win. So therefore it's a draw since you had insufficient material to mate.

I think it's not fair, I shouldn't lose points, I watch hikaru streams and I think something like this didn't happen to him

As long as you have a surviving pawn on your side, even if it's a pawn which has no real prospects of promoting, the game would have been won by you based on the site implementations.

I am 100% sure that 7/10 players at that rating doesnt know how to checkmate with queen and king, most of that situations goes to stalemate believe me or not idc
