After getting my predicition for London (Adams) disastrously wrong, I'm not hedging my bets on this one either. David Navara to win

Magnus to win, and a prediction of at least 1 Kings Gambit game to be played in later rounds.
I think we are entering the age of the "New Romantics".

http://susanpolgar.blogspot.com/2012/01/whos-favorite-to-win-2012-tata-steel.html has the poll "Who's the favorite to win 2012 Tata Steel A" with this top five after 664 votes:
Carlsen 403 votes
Aronian 77
Topalov 52
Giri 32
Nakamura 25
Least votes as favourites to win the tournament have been given to van Wely and Gelfand, two each.
Less than two weeks left until what usually is one of the most exciting tournaments of the year starts. Kasparov only participated in Wijk 1999-2001 (but was sole winner every time). The tournament has been played ten times since then, and these are the results of some of the more frequent Wijk players during these ten years:
Anand, 8 starts: 1, 1, 1-2, 2, 2, 3-4, 4-5, 5
Kramnik, 7 starts: 2-3, 4, 4-7, 4-8, 5-6, 6-8, 7-8
Topalov, 6 starts: 1-2, 1-3, 3, 4-5, 9-10, 9-10
Aronian, 5 starts: 1-2, 1-3, 2-4, 3-4, 7-9
Carlsen, 5 starts: 1, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 13-14
Ivanchuk, 5 starts: 3-4, 4-8, 5-6, 6-7, 11-14
Radjabov, 4 starts: 1-3, 2-4, 3-4, 9-10
Gelfand, 3 starts: 5-6, 7-11, 12-14
Beginning with the World Champions during this period, both absent this time, Anand has been very stable, while Kramnik never had Wijk as one of his better events. Aronian, Carlsen, Topalov and Radjabov have scored several top results and all four will participate this year. They are also the four highest rated players of this year's edition. Nakamura was a big surprise in 2011 when he won with a 2751 rating, ahead of three 2800+ players. I don't think he will repeat that this year, and my pick for winner in 2012 is Aronian.
