Well, as it happens, I was "smart enough" to do a Google search for "updokk", but since that did not enlighten me, I feel the temptation to ask that question myself. Where does that put me, oh Great One?

well, if its good enough for the chinese olympiad team, I would say updokk might help some of us improve quicker

You could quell rumors of trolling if you'd simply provide some links or additional detailed information. Something tells me this won't be forthcoming.
