Stuck again in the losing phase for over a week. Dropped 200 points and did everything I have been advised to do.
Taking a break. Doing puzzles. Analyzing games. Any other ideas?

All the studying in the world isn't going to help as long as all you're playing is speed chess.

The easiest thing that you don't do, stop making one move blunder. Most of your game you just hang a piece randomly or lose to very simple tactics.
