Winning by d/c shouldn't be automatic and adjourn option

I think chess.com should add this

Instead of automatically winning when someone disconnects and does not come back for x mins ( i think its random lol)

There should be a "claim win by disconnection" instead

You can claim a win by disconnection after x mins ( 3? 5mins? etc)

There should also be a timer to show how long has one been disconnected

This would be useful for 45 45 and 90 30 games, especialyl for people with bad connection

It would be also nice if there was a simple toggle off/ on button for claiming dc (maybe located beside the new "current" button)

I also think there should be a adjourn option where both players can agree to adjourn a game (maybe reserved only for long time controls?)

These things would be a nice update for Chess.com V3

I think you'd find yourself with many ultimately unfinished games.

You think many people would mutually agree for adjournment ?

Keep in mind that i said adjourning has to be agreed by both sides :-)

(even if we allow the option for every time control, i doubt many games will be unfinished but i said it should only be for long time controls like 45 45 and 90 30)

I think the winning by disconnect method was chosen because of rapid, blitz and bullet tournaments. I'd say they would want to this consistent for all live games.
