I had over a minute left on my clock!

Perhaps the servers reset and it aborted your game accordingly? Your opponent may have got the same message?
No, it says white won (i was playing black) and i lost points.

It happened to me as well due to the situation in the gulf the server farms are taking a hit it will clear up soon :)
Chess.com made me lose my game BEFORE my time was up. What's going on?
