I've seen all your games from today the 25th September & your premoves worked out for the first 1/2 of the game, but not the 2nd 1/2, that's why you lost out on time, where's your evidence?
Or do you prefer not to let the true facts get in the way of your troll story? 
Clearly 15secs/ move is longer than 1min/ game.
