. U get a stats notification when the game start so if u white u lose 2 sec. Good job. This is what billion of dollars can create+ hahahha
to be honest, it's kinda annoying how white loses time at the beginning for bullet matches. Like I feel the timer should wait until they make a move

Are you talking about the window which can be disabled in Settings > Bard & Pieces > Board Effects? I think it is called Showcase Opponent Theme, anyway I turned off all options there long time ago
#2 on Lichess it's like that. You have 15 seconds seperate from the main clock to make your first move
