Wrong check mate

I played a game today and it said My opponent have won and I am puzzled by that I have one spot to move safely to and I knew it will come to that because I did not pay attention but still a ware of my mistakes and I knew it will come to that situation before hand in fact I knew ultimately I will loose but to recover from my mistakes which my opponent capitalized on them that is fine I will do the same all the time all I was trying to do put a bunch of traps and sacrifices to regain the upper hand and out of no where this beta said white or black won I am upset about that even I can not remember my color and there is a safe move for my king any way I still have 2 rocks and some pawns  and  knight and I bishop my opponent was very good by avoiding ,my trap but I have a special one to win the game losing like this is not fair or right please either remove the beta version or only count wins and do not count losses of any body until all the issues are resolved  for example I did touch a piece and change to another piece to move and it shows I moved the piece from the time clock and i said ok the piece I touched is still where it is as a matter of fact I lost more than one move  because my opponent changed the way he/she is playing and that caused me to lose many games  and my score dropped from 1527 plus or minus and now my rapid scoring in the 1100  would not you say some thing is wrong with this picture please adjust my score to 1257 I am new about chess.com and even do not know how to contact member service if you see this message please upgrade my sore like before and it would be nice to add additional 100 points like I said I am new to this and now I do not enjoy the games like when I started in Mach/2021 may the 5-7 th day of the month.
