I am comfortably 1600 in rapid. I started trying blitz and these 1000 elo players are playing perfect moves. I am doing the same openings and middlegame as rapid yet I get absolutely destroyed positionally in blitz. Every single game these people are having 80% accuracy even a 94% when I had 91% and lost. ?????? I lost like 9 in a row to trash elo what is this

It’s either because blitz is too fast for you or asandbagging.

I play 5/0 blitz ... I my games are best summed up by Beck's Loser.

"I'm a driver. I'm a winner. Things are gonna change---I can feel it!"

Is that a reference #8?

Yes,#9

I have software issues with my mouse so my games are essentially 5/-2 for me, 5/0 for my opponents

I glanced at a few of your blitz losses.

Your opponents weren't playing perfect (even though it may have felt that way)- you were just missing things and making mistakes. It happens to all of us.

Blitz is a tough time control, specifically because you have less time to think. It takes a lot of practice to play it well. (And by "a lot", I mean it takes thousands of games ...)

If you want to get better at it: play a lot of blitz, analyze every game, rinse and repeat ...

What mistakes? Let me look.

I told him also same thing... his level is much less during his eyes on clock than to look at the table!... and he produce much less chess

I had this problem too. Improve your speed and pattern recognition, and you'll be much better.
