I played chess with Yahoo! recently, and I was winning a game where my opponent left, but the game was still going, and someone could join in to take the place, and when someone did, the position "reset" where all the pieces were placed like in the beginning with the King's bishop took the place of the King's pawn, my time was frozen, and I couldn't move. I was chatting with my opponent the whole time, and they asked if I was drunk, and telling me how my time was counting down, and my time ran out and lost.
Yahoo Chess Hacked?

What they do is use something like a TCP checker. Once they figure out your IP address, they ping your computer with multiple requests. This disconnects you from yahoo chess. Furthermore, its disconnects your internet connection.
Its almost impossible to stop that.
But take solace in knowing that you were simply better than them. And the only way they could win is by cheating.
I have similar problem with yahoo chess. I unfairly deprived of victory. Either there is some defect in yahooches or some players actually able to hack & make technical fraud. In another incidence with yahoo chess king of 1 player continuously in check for 3 moves(able to play without removing check) which is impossible in actual game.
