@Yereslov: Yes, if you can prove your point and be "immortal" why not take the wager?

Although I am betting on Pfren! Cool

See that is the thing, no one here except me will be straightforward with you, btw IM phren posted a pretty good line, it does indeed appear that you drop like flies after Qh5

He must not have calculated deeply enough.

    It leads to a draw.

If the IM were to play this sacrifice from black's side, and if black were to play accurately, he would lose.

so what you are saying if one side make the best moves and the other makes blunders or innacuracies the one who played accuratley will win

WELL CONGRATS YOUR FIND IS AMAZING

Yes, that is if you are a god at chess. Without blunders chess would be a boring game.

  • #165

Yeah, blunders are part of chess, but I'm pretty sure a 1300 will make more blunders than an IM.

  • #166

And why does Yereslov get to use Rybka? If he was playing a 1500 for example, even if the 1500 gets a better starting position, there is a rating gap of about 1700 points. The real fair way is to let both players use engines.

    Don't (re)feed the troll, please.

For Yereslov, it is the main part apparently.

I rarely ever blunder. My chess rating on ChessCube and FICS is 1750 and 1800+ respectively.

I can't take online chess seriously.

Why not, it's your best bet?

Yereslov stinks on this site, but he is magical on others. Why can't we just leave it at that?

Just telling it like it is, even yereslov agrees he is refuted.

  • #176

Btw, the game showcased in the OP is an immortal because yereslov is a zombie. Rising from the dead, when you think you killed him Wink.
