Maybe, but it seems unlikely. Firstly, my internet connection is pretty reliable. Secondly, the progress line graph on the puzzle screen updates to show that I've completed the puzzle with a rating adjustment. It's when I go to the statistics page that I find that the number of puzzles completed doesn't reflect all the puzzles I've just completed in a practice session. E.g. I complete 10 puzzles with rating increase of +33, and the line graph on the puzzles page shows this. However, the statistics page shows an increase of only 9 puzzles and +25 to my rating. (Numbers here made up for illustration. Until recently, the discrepancy had never been more than one puzzle, but last night it was around 10 puzzles.)
What has happened to puzzles? Tracking, counting, and rating them used to "just work". Now I do puzzles which don't get counted or rated in my stats. For example, last night I did around 15 puzzles, getting a significant majority of them correct and my rating should have gone up. Instead, the stats show I did only 5, getting 3 wrong, and my rating went down. (Sorry, I didn't think to grab a screen shot of the progress line graph.)
