Hi,
My son is just starting to play chess. Does anyone have any ideas how would be a good way to introduce him to Chess.com
I am thinking things like:
An age and rating controlled tournament. Say under 7s with a rating between 700 and 800.
Tournaments that can have a bespoke start(it looks like they can only be book openings?) so that the beginners can be given a "head-start" ( say no-queen for adults rated 1200-1300.
Can children start with a low rating rather than having to play many games before establishing a true rating?
Any thoughts??
