What are some chess openings you guys play and recommend?
For me, it's the Queen's Gambit as White and the Caro-Kann as Black (I'm only 500 elo). I've also explored different openings, including the London System, King's Gambit, Fried Liver, Vienna, and more.
I'm looking to get into more openings, traps, counterplays, etc. But I wanna see what openings and other tips you guys have to offer.

If you like the King's Gambit, you may also like the Evans Gambit:

I don't typically like playing gambits where you're supposed to play aggressively without necessarily getting the material back. It's just not my style. That said, the Evans Gambit is an exception for me, and is my go-to gambit when I don't want to play more normal, solid openings. It's intuitive, relatively easy to learn, and leads to very interesting positions. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for a trappy opening.
