Your favourite chess game of all time

A bit of a leading thread, it kinda fishes for any of 8,000 ultra intense games.
But in fact for improving players here I rather like the simplicity of some of the earlier-century games that show ideas which have drifted down into the club player's now standard bag of tricks.

It was such a big deal in America during the Cold War in 1972 when Bobby Fischer won the championship from Boris Spassky that the final game of that match was a thrill. Bobby won that 21st match game playing the Sicilian as Black and Spassky made a bad 41st move, which was the sealed move and the game expected to resume the next day. But Spassky simply resigned without waiting for Fischer to move.

Anderssen - Kieseritsky, the immortal game. It was one of the first games I played through on a board as a kid and I remember looking at all the pieces at the side of the board which had been captured and thinking that it was amazing that white was the winner when black had taken so many more pieces.
every fischer game. They are all works of art. Even the ones he lost.
I have a bit of a confession, a secret I've kept for 20 years. Before Amazon, you couldn't get books like "My 60 Memorable Games" by Fischer. You just had to know someone who knew someone who may have it or something. You couldn't "order" it. There was maybe one copy in Indiana...and it was in a small Library in Frankfort.
I checked it out, renewed it 3 times...then "Lost" it. I paid the "lost" fee of $20 or so.... they didn't know or care what it was, it was just a normal book to them....but I've had that awesome book, 1969 Original Edition, Hardcover, on my shelf since 1997
And for me the question is simple. The first Chess Game I ever seriously studied. The first game every school child is shown when they begin to study chess. The game after which I saw, the lights came on in my head, and the game was never the same again.
Paul Morphy vs Duke Karl / Count Isouard
"A night at the Opera"
And I know no one here needs to look that one up

I love this game I saw covered on Youtube between Fischer and Tal. I don't remember the moves but I remember it was a young Bobby playing really sharp and Tal playing more on the defensive. Tal played solid, not falling for any of Fischer's sacs, and won in the endgame. I don't really have a favorite game but if I did that would be it.

Fischer and Tal played some great games. There are 2 I remember, a sharp draw with Fischer as white from a Winawer French and one with Tal as white where he absolutely bound Fischer hand and foot from a kings indian defence and the final position was zugzwang.

That's so morally gray ... but I bet at least a couple librarians would secretly rather that happen and light up a life of reading (at least chess but it often explodes!) rather than it sit on the shelf and you might have drifted into dubious ways.
Besides the candidates for the Bxf7 magic, I think as I am playing online, some old game where Black takes BxNc3 and then White parks the dark Bishop on a3 might be my current candidate, I swear that trick alone got me 50 rating points here all by itself. If Black is getting sloppy that move gives you SIX chances to create Loony Tunes style endings on your opponent! There's probably a few like that, I'll have to go dig one up some time.
