You could also be getting small disconnects.

I am not having fun paying for this chess. You give additional time in five minute games to the other player. Look at how many games I have lost because of your faulty timer! How will I know that you have read this complaint????

You have been playing with increment. Your last games were all 5|5 which means 5 seconds get added to the clocks after every move. Both players get more time after moving. Nothing is broken.
Sorry I didn't notice on my last post. I just assumed based on your description that you were seeing lag adjustments.
What is all this about?
