2 different ranks in 1 game

Hi all hope I have posted this in the right spot.
I played a game the other day, the person had 2 ranks with over a 100 points difference, is this a cheat, or a chess.com glitch?
I reported this after the game, but could not upload a screenshot with my comment, I reported it under "Other"  as I did not know if this was a cheat or error.

If you look at your rating in the screenshot, the ones by the avatar are the post game ratings. Yours was 1018 before and 1009 after.

Sorry you miss understand, but If you look at the image, you will see the person has 2 different ranks. 

The rank at the top is

There is over 120 points in difference, I put the arrows in the main post first to make it easy for you to understand, it has noting to do with my score
