Hi, simple question here, what's happening with your fair play verification system?
I have 13 years old kid that's just starting to play chess, he loves chess and he's getting contant bans from chess.com that are are ruining his experience. This time he was just playing with me (I pay his membership), we usually make a lot of mistakes as we're both beginners, in our last game he just moved the horse and he was banned (again). I can assure you he's not using any sort of external help or anything. What's happening here?
