So it seems that this "Snail Sinhay" is actually Sahil Sinha, mentioned in Bryan Smiths' article. Snail Sinhay does sound very similar to Sahil Sinha.
So I conclude that 5random is Sahil Sinha, and many people know the famous spammer who was banned - Chess_Legend28.
So to add to harryz's list, 5random is Chess_Legend28 a.k.a Sahil Sinha.
And some evidence found on 0random's profile - 
So now we know that 1random is 0randoms' brother!
