A Draw For Checkmate?

Dear Tech Support,

Why and how did I get a draw for this game. This is what the board looked like after the last move:

I forgot to mention that it said that the draw was due to 'insufficient materials'.

Because you ran out of time just before the checkmate and your opponent had insufficient material.

Looks like you ran out of time.  Instead of losing, you got a draw because your opponent didn't have enough material to checkmate you.

My best guess is that your computer lagged ever so slightly, allowing you to make the move, but on the chess.com server your time was already up.

I think you must have just run out of time. 

Insufficient materials means that your opponent has insufficient materials to checkmate you. 

0:00 is the reason!
