A Potential VC Bug

I have tried to submit a support ticket repeatedly but since all I get is an error warning pop-up I am posting about the issue here.

Although 3 votes for a certain move (22. e4 - 38%) were cast in our VC game (https://www.chess.com/votechess/game?id=86296&mv=42&san=Rad1) a move with fewer votes (Rad1 - 25%) was made by the system. No member of my team has been banned - I assume a vote cast by a banned player may be excluded if they are banned before a move is played.

dobře, že ses toho ujal. Něco podobnýho se už stalo, dokonce už 2x, i jinému družstvu, za které taky hraju a bohužel, neuspěli.

Mně nešlo odeslat dotaz, ale kolega z týmu to udělal. jejich odpověď: "I’m very sorry for the inconvenience, this has been reported and the programmers will investigate and fix this bug.

Zjistil jsem, že se to děje už dlouho a reportovalo to hodně lidí.

What is the point in playing vote chess if this bug keeps happening.

I reported it 2 months ago and they said they would deal with it. Now I am aware of at least another mistake. I ain't reporting anymore, just losing interest little by little...
