About promotion

I have a question, my friend, please.

I use my website browser on my computer to play chess on chess.com.

I am using google chrome browser.

The problem always occurs in daily game when i want to promote my pawn to any pieces else , it refuses to get a promotion and never changes and remains the pawn as before.

Also in puzzles it always happens.

In the daily game, I have to use the chess.com app on my mobile phone to get the promotion but in the puzzle I lose.

I also tested this on my mobile phone when I use google chrome to play chess.com instead of the app which found the same thing.

I use WIFI at home and WIFI at work always the same.

I've also tested using data instead of WIFI always the same.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

If you have Natural animation turned on try switching to the default and see if that helps.

How can i do this?

It also happens from my phone when using the browser.

Settings > Board and Pieces > Animation Type

Be sure to Save after changing.

It was the middle , i made it off.
