my account is bloked for openchallenge play due to disconection which is due to power cut in my area how can i b able to play open challenge

If your account is flagged for breaking this policy your account will be restricted. You will still be able to play games with friends or accept direct challenges, but you will not be able to create or accept open challenges until you play more games that follow the fair play policy.

This is not triggered by disconnecting just once. Even if we did reset this for you if you have a bad connection the restriction would still activate until your connectivity improved or you abided by the fair play policy.

Check the quote. That was a reply to an account that posted recently and has been closed for a TOS violation and muted.

The message I was replying to was deleted as Martin said.

Closed for fair play violations, to be precise. Rather ironic given his comment.

If you check the account profile you should see the reason if it was closed. That will have a link to an article explaining the possible causes of that.
