It's called the spam bot. Tell your friend to contact chess.com ASAP and they will reopen his account (assuming it wasn't closed because of cheating)
i reopened his account. he was definitely spamming on people's accounts. remember: don't mass message people to invite them to your groups! that is not allowed :)
this is kind of normal having someone's acount closed but for some reason the computer's maybe laging or he does not allow people to see his profile. so thats kind of error that happened to to me one time
when I went to see powerfultiger's acount it was not closed

Me and myfriend (PowerfulTiger) were chatting through the notes on a group, and all of a sudden his account got closed. Does anyone know why? I don't think he closed it himself since he was in the middle of talking with me
