Account Disabled for Abuse. Please, Please, Help Me.

Please, please, please can you help me! My account (PenguinnChess) has been wrongly disabled for abuse.

From what I can tell all of my current games, including team games and tournaments (one that I have been playing for months) have been forfeited, the group I have spent so many hours building over the last month is now without an SA, and has no way to appoint one, and the tournament I was directing, and that the group had been very much looking forward to, has been cancelled.

It was never my intention to abuse chess.com in any way shape or form. I was completely unaware that my actions in promoting this tournament would lead to such dire consequences and I resolutely apologise for any transgressions I have unknowingly made. 

I would dearly, dearly appreciate any assistance you can give in restoring my account, the active games I had and the tournament we were due to play. For me to lose all the time and effort I have put into these games and tournaments not to mention the team over the last few months seems like an incredibly unjust punishment for a mistake that I wasn't aware I was making and was doing for all the right reasons.

You'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu about it.

What do you mean? It wasn't helpful, doesn't work at all, or you just didn't get it to open a ticket?

I'm not able to open a ticket because if I tell my email there then he replied You will get mail Check in Your Spam Or Junk But didn't receive any kind of email from chesscom regarding account closed

If that chat is still available, make you you fully explained the issue and if the automated answer isn't sufficient, try something like contact an agent
