It's been pretty busy lately, so the wait times are something like 7 days, I believe. Post again if you haven't heard back from them by then.

My account got hacked and someone gifted a lot of members on a monthly and yearly basis for diamond and gold membership. There is no way to block it or delete the credit card on the file. Even my own diamond membership says that yearly membership is valid only till Dec, but was charged for the whole year. Chess.com is so insecure, there is no 2 factor authentication for login or payments. You have saved the payment info freely and there is no way to delete it.
I have written to support twice with all the transaction details. Someone please help.
