account has been locked

Using the kindle app. I had some issues trying to remember my password. I did a password reset ok, but now when I try and login I get a message that reads....account has been locked. You must use Chess.com to login.

I can use the browser just fine. I tried reinstalling the app to no avail.

Any help is appreciated.

I think you should do that too. 

If you want mods in the forums, just write a topic that will grab peoples attention; especially topics like, I got banned or My opponent is cheating etc
