account locked on new mobile phone.

I have recently acquired a new mobile phone and after downloading the app and entering my username and password, I was informed that "Your account is locked. Please login at Chess.com." I did this but it had no effect. I am able to use chess.com through the browser but the app still says the same thing. Help would be appreciated.

Same thing happened to me.

Chess.com through the browser is slow and lags.
