account restricted for no reason

I got banned from the league ranking without getting any reason why and now 1-2 month later I can’t even participate in online matches anymore (don’t get out of the matchmaking loading screen) , I did not get any warnings, notifications of any wrongdoing whatsoever… tried to contact support already a month ago but I did not get a response

You were in a broken division. After your next qualifying game you should be placed in a new one
Regarding getting paired, you should be able to get games

That happened round about two or three months ago.. and I play on a daily basis. If that’s the case shouldn’t it have reset a lot earlier?😅
