Usually that happens because you abort a game too often.
If you are black and your opponent doesn't start within 20 seconds, the server will abort the game for you.
If you are white, you make your move and your opponent doesn't respond, the server will also abort the game.

If you want somebody to look at it, you have to write directly to support.
Since it's not the first time , and since I'm playing some years in chess.com I'm aware of the Fair Play policy. The problem is that none of the above mentioned is the case. This time I was restricted after finishing a normal game which neither me nor my opponent aborted. The game finnished with a normal checkmate and afterwards I got a message that my game is restricted.

I checked your history and it seems you have have been disconnecting in quite a few of your games which is what caused the restriction. Have you been having internet trouble?
This is the third time that my account is been restricted for no reason. My opponent didn't start the game and it's my account that got restricted. Could somebody look at it?
