admin abuse

hi, i have a problem regarding a certain member of the staff and i dont know where to write about it.

Today I played 2 chess live matches with a certain Dio (near his name i saw the staff icon). When to win the second match i received a message about being kicked and that next time i risk ban. Now i cant re enter the live chess. What am i supposed to do?

And you did nothing to deserve being kicked out of live chess?

You won both of the games with that person. You have no complaint about that, do you?

no i didnt do anything to be kicked, didnt say a word. And when i try to enter it says 'you have been kicked from live chess', so i can't play anymore.

Well you have to wait it out and from what I have seen it is usually less than a day for first timers, or submit a ticket to support.

Can you guide me to that support button? First time when i play chess this year, and i am not familiar with the forum anymore. tyvm

Uhh, I looked at Dio's page.  There's no Staff icon by his name, just a diamond(meaning he's a Diamond Member to state the obvious.)

hmmm, maybe i confused the international sign with the staff one, i could have swear it was a staff one but then again i am sleepy. I have no idea what the international is, but i guess he doesnt have acces to kick. I am sorry for the confusion then

The staff icon is the word "staff" in green letters.  The international symbol is the globe next to my gold star.

Edit: Sleep is good too.  It's almost 5 in Romania.

it seems that now i can enter in live chess again, and yes sleep is good, the reason why i play chess for the first time this year is because i couldnt sleep and didnt know what to do :P

Out of curiosity, why do you have the globe while others have the flag of their country?Whats with this globe ?:P

Hi, i'm writting in this post because a admin from the website is abusing of his admin role and doesn't let me play chess against other people, i always face the same player even in other accounts, the name is different but he plays always the same, i made videos in which i tilt him and he ends Up playing f3 always, he always does It, i have even more proofs, here i have the videos:

That's not something staff do.

Yes they do and they tilt, just look at my channel and see the videos i sent, look at how he tilts when i win and look also at the level of chess, much higher than the rating.

Staff don't force you to play the same members. Pretty sure that's not something they're capable of doing; that is they can't impact the pairing algorithm once a seek is created.

Yes they do, i'm doing a compilation of the amount of times staff plays f3 or the bongcloud as main opening against me just because i do them when i smurf, when i have a decent video i will send it here so you can check it out and maybe help. I just want to play like before.
