AI Coach Review Sound Not Working.

Microphone icon does not always appear....can't click on something that isn't there. Chess.com...fix this....many of us pay for the feature and want it...now...please stop stalling and offering useless "help."

My coach has stopped talking. I have toggled the voice button, cleared my cache and still no sound on my iPad, from the website or the app. Help please.

I am still having this issue? when I use free it was fine. As soon as I signed up for platinum free trial it started happening. silent coaches no matter what I do

Same here. Im using the app for macos. In my iPad works great but I have this problem with my computer an iPhone.

Not working here either. In fact the review on itself doesn't work. (Since 3 days ago). I get a message that it isn't working. And that they are fixing it. Hope it will work again soon.

This is happening AGAIN. No coach audio anywhere; not in coaching matches or in the post-game reviews. The reviews are a huge reason why I pay for premium.

They should give us an opportunity to test out the features over the weekend and give us a weekend deal. Some of us have work and school during the week. We don't have time to try out things.

My account is only 2-3 days open, I wanted to test out the features today and tomorrow (being Saturday and Sunday). Why not extend it until the end of Sunday so people can make a choice over the weekend when they have time and not working or going to school? Why end it on a Friday when most people are out with friends and family enjoying the end of the week and getting ready for the weekend? It makes no sense. Give us the deal this weekend.

I understand that, but why can't it end at the end of the weekend instead of a Friday? People are not home on Fridays and they work or go to school during the week. It would make more sense to offer a deal over the weekend when people can check out the paid features without interruptions.
