Aimchess.com down

The iOS and iPadOS app is also updated. Just a few hours ago. I hope this is a sign that Aimchess is getting back to life, not just for now but for the future too.

Yep, finally seems fixed. But still no communication at all with subscribers - not a single mention on the site that there was ever an issue, let alone an apology/explanation/offer of some compensation. Honestly, could no one be bothered even to write a brief apology and holding message on the site now it’s working again? 

Yeah, communication isn't really okay. I do understand their mail wasn't working anymore either. But there were just a few messages on Facebook, but late. I hope they will learn. Will they?

I do expect they will send out a message soon, Baldydd (Aimchess) here in this discussion promised.

I noticed that Aimchess is back online, but my Premium account is no longer active. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

I’ve tried logging out and back in, but it didn’t help. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I can confirm, we're back online fully! We're still working on a full statement to issue, but I just wanted to jump in and confirm it.

Same here...I guess we just gotta email aimchess support and wait.

Same - I was charged on 6/19 for my monthly subscription via PayPal and I don't have premium access. I suggest sending a support ticket via chesscom's support as well.

I suspect that aimchess itself is suffering from their domain name problems and wasn't getting confirmation from the payment processors.

Has anyone been able to get aimchess premium restored? I submitted a ticket three days ago and there's been no progress.

I’m experiencing the same issue. My Premium account is still inactive even though I recently paid for my monthly subscription. I emailed support five days ago but haven't received a response yet. I hope Aimchess gets everything back to normal soon.

Apparently Chess.com just laid off a ton of staff, so odds are you won't hear back anything anytime soon.

Cyb3s4mur4i, did you found out they laid of customer service staff?

There's still support staff and it shouldn't take significantly longer to get a response.

What is Aimchess?

Blissie, go to the Learn menu item on the left vertical menu, then click on the Aimchess right hand menu item. You can get some free lessons, but if you pay you get a lot more learning tools. It seems pretty good.

Aimchess is affiliated but it is a separate website.

It's a Chess com company but is it's own site and premium here doesn't provide anything there
