Hello Chess.COM I cancelled the new month membership due to busy life but 1days late, because I was not reminded and I haven't enter security code. Am I still being billed?? Please remind us when membership end next time and I will apply member on months which I less busy

As you're now a basic member, no you shouldn't be billed. Your account details show you did cancel the membership in time.

The lack of a membership icon (diamond, crown, star) indicates that you haven't paid.
