Can you go into settings /manage applications / chess.com
clear data and force stop, then un--install and go back onto the market place and re-install the app.
All the settings are still there. Not sure why you can't see them on your droid :(

I have an android tablet with no physical menu button. Usually when you are using an app designed for a phone (phones all have menu buttons) it diplays a virtual menu button beside the home/back buttons. However, the chess.com app does not do this for some reason. This means I can't pull up the menu, just like the OP says.
edit: oh, and I'm also running Honeycomb
I can confirm the same. I have a physical button for the menu and it does not work, and it does not show the virtual button manny refers to, it's as if the app is not reporting to the OS that the function exists. I'm checking around to see if anyone else has the same symptoms on the forum I hang out on for my tablet.

Yeah, that was my take on it too
I am aware of it yes, and although the developer is on vacation, i have emailed him about the issues you're experiencing.
Latest update :
The game menu has now been fixed and is available for download on the MarketPlace.

Is it just me, or did all the in game options disapear in the Chess.com app for Android? It may have coincided with my move to Honeycomb, but i'm not sure. When in a tourney game i can't pull up the in game menu (analyze, prev, next, etc)......
I should have the newest app.
Thanks,
Aaron
