go to the android market via your phone - there is a new version in there as of 2 hours ago.... :)
WOW now thats service!!!
OK Erik, I went and got it and it seems to have fixed my bug. Im playing again

Just wondering - should we all get the new version or only if we have that problem?
Probably I should get it anyway but ... am curious what Erik's advice is.

Oh? What are the new features?
When you have active games, and an opponent moves, you now get an alert notifying you someone has moved. Just like when you get a text. No more checking the games list to see if anyone moved.

I have the same problem but can't pick up new version as my Android market is UK specific. Could you make it available for download somewhere on chess.com too? Really enjoy using the app. Thanks

Today my Motorola Android stopped connecting to online chess, I keep getting a "Sorry, no active connection I/O" message.
Anyone have any ideas why?
