They do get restricted. I’ve been restricted because my internet was shaky and I disconnected in several games. Also, I often play blitz as I’m falling asleep and sometimes fall asleep in the middle of a game. When this creates a pattern detected by the bot, I get restricted.

Lately, I'm seeing tons of people waiting time to end instead of resigning when they lose the game. It says "Players who do this often will be restricted.` But they never get punished. I'm seeing on their profiles other people complaining for months about their behavior but they still have an active account.
The guy named just waited 7 minutes in a 10min Blitz. And I got a warning after getting frustrated and using the "s-word" on chat. "You have been warned by a moderator or admin. Be careful or you will be kicked or banned." And mark my words he won't get any punishment.
Is there a solution to this "s-word"y situation?
