Ive posted a couple of questions to help and support, but have not recieved any help or support. Is this the right place to ask questions concerning how Chess.com functions, or is there another way to contact customer service/representative?

Your app is great when it works, however it disallows moves and places my peices where it wants, which is lowerning my score and making the usefullness of the app a whole lot less fun/user friendly. Any help or support out there?

Chess vs. the computer, iPhone 4s- the browser is Safari (I believe), downloaded the app from chess.com just two weeks ago, and upgraded to a premium membership a few days ago.

If you had found the Help & Support link at the end of the page then the Contact Support link you would have been encouraged to ask in this forum first. Since there is no satisfactory response here ...  http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit
