Hi all,

I am currently in a game in which I think I am in a better position, but my opponent keeps offering to draw insistently and refuses to move or resign. What can I do about this.I want to finish my game!

What are the time controls for the game?

It's an online game on the iPhone. There is only a timer for each move, not for the whole game.

What is the allotted time for each move, then?

It is the minimum on the iphone which is 1 day. Should I wait 24h hours? If I don't answer de offer to draw does it count as my time or as my opponents time?

If it's your opponent's move, it counts as his time. He will have to make a move after 24 hours. Don't be surprised if he does make a move near the end of the 24 hours and waits nearly a full 24 hours to make his next move too.
