Did you touch the draw button? I believe you need to since the 50 move rule isn't an immediate draw.

Yes, if you will get yourself to the rules, you will find that it is not the arbiter's job to peek over your shoulder and declare draws for you. It is up to you to claim.

yes I did hit the draw button several times. and Id be glad to armwrestle with whomever. as I said, the app needs to be fixed.

If you want staff to look at this, you'll probably need to post the game, identify which moves you saw the "claim draw" button, and pressed on it without it granting you the draw. Often people press "offer draw," and their opponent refuses to accept, or they fail to press the "claim draw" button when it appears.
The app has a bug. Ive played a few games where there was 3 repetitions and/or 30 moves with absolutely no progress and the game did not declare a draw. In such circumstances there needs to be no agreement. The game is a DRAW. I really don't appreciate having to sit there and move my K back and forth for 10 minutes while some 12yr old says nanybooboo until whoever's time runs out first. Lets get the app to the rules please.
