Hi, i was mean to some players who was aborted games, now im kicked off. I wanna apologise to everyone but they dont play fer. Why they are not punished for not playing fer game? I dont abort anyone. Or luzing like a man or resign...that is not fer to fer play players. 

Not fer, although being mean is less fer. If chess.com made it, so you lose points on move 1, everything is fer then.

Hi how do I appeal a have result? I was 1 move away from winning the game. While waiting on him to make a move the hand aborted and said I lost by abandonment. I thought maybe my clock was running and I didn't notice but double checked and it was his turn... What now?

You can open a ticket with support and they might refund the rating from that game.

​I am writing to formally appeal the closure of my account "maiia_14". I have been a loyal and honest member of the Chess.com community for nearly 4 years, and I have always respected the rules and the spirit of the game.

​I was shocked to receive the ban notification. After investigating what happened, I realized that a friend of mine used my phone without my explicit permission while it was left unattended. I suspect they may have used some form of assistance or played in a way that triggered your fair play systems. I want to clarify that these games were not played by me, and I would never jeopardize a 4-year-old account that I value so much.

​I have since secured my device with a password to ensure this never happens again. I kindly ask you to compare the accuracy and the playstyle of the flagged games with my 4-year history of fair play. You will see a clear discrepancy. ​I am devastated by the loss of my account and I am willing to accept a rating reset or any other measure you deem fair, as long as I can continue to be part of this community. Thank you for your time and for the hard work you do to keep the site fair.
