I believe I’ve heard of a glitch on chess.com where some people got muted for no reason so chess.com gifted them

I know my other account never got used within a year And out of nowhere, and I am still wondering why I got it. Good question.

Did anyone find out the reason(s) someone might be given a diamond membership out of the blue, for free?
